• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• Strong experience in application design and configuration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce environments.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to application development.
