• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience in building scalable and maintainable microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Understanding of database design and interaction with relational and non-relational databases.
