- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and support complex business reporting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices within SAP environments.
- Ability to develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and system performance.



Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
