- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with integration of data services with various application frameworks.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud data solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
