• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

MDM Architecture, Semarchy, Data Governance, Master Data Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Solution Design.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices related to master data.
• Experience with integration of master data management solutions across diverse enterprise systems.
• Ability to design and implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data.
• Familiarity with data modeling and metadata management techniques within MDM environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data management issues to maintain system integrity.
