Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to enhance software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience working within agile development environments and using version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for performance and scalability.
