Roles & Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation and merger programs.
• Strong expertise in migration strategy, data mapping, cleansing, validation, mock loads, cutover planning, and Go-Live support, ensuring high data quality and business continuity.
• Driving issue resolution, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of complex data migration workstreams.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Flexible Real Estate Management modules to meet business requirements.
• Experience in integrating SAP Flexible Real Estate Management with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within SAP Flexible Real Estate Management.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Flexible Real Estate Management configurations and customizations.
