Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives and project deliverables.

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing techniques.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of data analytics solutions.

Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
