Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Continuously update knowledge on platform capabilities to enhance application design and implementation.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Proficiency in Pega Platform.

Strong understanding of application design principles and business process modeling.

Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet client requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform environment.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Pega Platform.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
