Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in IBM Db2.

Experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning related to IBM Db2 environments.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to write efficient, maintainable code and perform thorough testing and debugging.

Familiarity with integration of IBM Db2 with various application frameworks and middleware.

Skilled in analyzing complex technical problems and delivering effective solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM Db2.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
