Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role requires balancing maintenance tasks with the development of new features, often collaborating with different client teams to ensure the software meets their needs and operates smoothly. This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to managing evolving project demands and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
• Ability to implement and optimize machine learning models for real-world problems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
• Competence in programming languages commonly used in machine learning projects.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
