Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
• Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration workflows.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in software integration.
