Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of existing functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and enhancement.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM systems.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other applications.
• Understanding of database management and query optimization related to CRM data.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
