Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and technical requirements.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of design decisions and technical specifications.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative technology development.
• Experience in interpreting complex system requirements and converting them into actionable design plans.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
