• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), API Management, React.js.
• Strong experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
• Expertise in designing and managing APIs to facilitate seamless integration between systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, particularly React.js, to support full-stack development efforts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across distributed environments.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
