Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM.
• Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation using business process management tools.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize process models for improved efficiency.
• Familiarity with integration of BPM solutions with various enterprise systems.

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Camunda BPM.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
