The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations throughout the day.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework.

Experience in integrating SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and ensuring data consistency across platforms.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data management and governance.

Familiarity with data validation, workflow management, and data quality controls within SAP MDG.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
