Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
