SUMMARY:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Strong experience in designing and developing scalable data pipelines and applications within cloud environments.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to data analytics platforms.

Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
