Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.


Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Neo4j.

Strong experience in graph database design and query optimization.

Ability to develop and maintain scalable software components using modern programming languages.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to database and application performance.

Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neo4j.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
