Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Product Development Strategy.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.

Experience with software architecture and design principles.

Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with modern programming languages and development tools.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development Strategy.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
