Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery quality.Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to effectively manage project workflows.

Experience in facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.

Ability to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.

Skilled in using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and communicate effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize team performance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.
