• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ITSM platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
