Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to work within agile methodologies to deliver iterative and incremental software improvements.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of complex software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
