• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning within the team.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM, Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong experience in workflow automation and business process management using Camunda BPM.
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient software components.
• Experience with integration of Camunda BPM with various enterprise systems and services.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing process execution and performance.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in Camunda BPM.
• The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
