Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. The engineer actively participates in refining processes and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software remains robust and efficient throughout its lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate.
• Strong knowledge of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet diverse business requirements.
