Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Cloud Migration on GCP.
• Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices related to SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and their integration with SAP systems.
• Ability to design and implement scalable cloud architectures tailored to business needs.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration and deployment processes.
