Roles & Responsibilities:

• implement scalable customer data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in customer data platforms (CDP), data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and Salesforce platform development.
• This role will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver real-time customer insights and personalized experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Design and configure Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Streams, Calculated Insights, and Unified Profiles.
• Implement data space, streams, data ingestion and transformation pipelines from Salesforce and external systems.
• Configure Identity Resolution and Customer 360 profiles.
• Develop and optimize data mappings and harmonization rules.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
• Experience with data integration and management within Salesforce environments.
