Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Discrete Event Simulation.

Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for simulation and modeling.

Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex systems and translate requirements into effective simulation models.

Familiarity with performance optimization and debugging techniques in simulation environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Discrete Event Simulation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
