Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of project deliverables and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating various activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
• Strong knowledge of production planning processes and detailed scheduling within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production workflows and resource utilization.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
