Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.

Document software designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence.

Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Ability to write clear and maintainable code following best practices.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian Confluence.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
