Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data management.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.

Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
