Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet project requirements.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

Strong experience in developing and customizing web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.

Ability to work with modern web technologies and frameworks to build scalable and maintainable software.

Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and third-party services.

Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance within Adobe Experience Manager environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
