Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience.Roles Responsibilities:- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.Professional Technical Skills:- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with workflow automation tools and techniques.

Ability to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
