Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on background in ServiceNow Supplier LifeCycle Operations SLO and CSM, who now operates in a semi hands off capacity leading complex configurations, mentoring developers, and owning technical modules.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Development Leadership

Lead configuration and customization within SLO.

Strong understanding of CSM, experience in Integration.

Design and review:

Supplier onboarding workflows

Risk assessment forms

Compliance automation

Create reusable components frameworks.

Technical Design and Development

Develop complex solutions using:

Flow Designer

Script Includes

Business Rules

Client Scripts

IntegrationHub

Design data models aligned with supplier lifecycle processes.

Develop and maintain REST SOAP integrations.

Code Quality and Mentorship

Perform peer code reviews.

Guide junior developers.

Enforce development best practices.

Automation and Optimization

Optimize SLO workflows for performance.

Reduce manual procurement processes.

Improve supplier data quality validation.

Documentation and Governance

Maintain design documents.

Support release cycles.

Participate in CAB discussions.

Required Skills

Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge

Deep understanding of Supplier Lifecycle processes

Experience with:

Vendor onboarding

Risk scoring

SLA automation

Experience with IntegrationHub

Knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder

Professional and Technical Skills:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Certified Application Developer

CIS if applicable

ITIL v4 Foundation

Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge

Experience with:

Risk scoring

SLA automation
