Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality and performance.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

Experience with configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to support business processes.

Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks within SAP environments.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP GRC applications to enhance system performance.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
