• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software systems.
