- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Marklogic.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively within agile development environments, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques relevant to Marklogic environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with integration of custom software components into larger enterprise systems.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Marklogic.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
