- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment on Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions using platform-as-a-service offerings.
- Familiarity with integration of various Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure App Services.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based applications for performance and cost efficiency.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
