Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on technical approaches.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing custom code enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments.
• Ability to optimize performance of ABAP programs and leverage HANA database capabilities effectively.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in enterprise applications.
