• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
• Experience with system integration and customization within complex software environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software deployment and maintenance.
