• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met with quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft BOT Framework.
• Experience in designing and implementing conversational user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to integrate BOT Framework solutions with various backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying BOT applications in cloud environments.
