As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes within utility industries.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP for Utilities CRM and other enterprise systems.
