• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Plant Maintenance modules to meet business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PM and other enterprise systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP Plant Maintenance environments.
