• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
• Experience in designing and developing custom software solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques and data flow between financial systems.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.
