Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational strategies.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes and workflows.

Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data integration jobs for performance and reliability.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
