Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software components with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Experience with SAP IBP modules including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.

Strong understanding of integration techniques between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems.

Ability to design and implement custom enhancements within the SAP IBP environment.

Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern software frameworks.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
