Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Administration.

Experience in managing cloud-based platforms and services to support enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of system integration and middleware technologies.

Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and security within the SAP Business Technology Platform environment.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.

Capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
