Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Experience in designing and developing custom modules within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.

Ability to work with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.

Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components to enhance system performance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
