Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills: -- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Service Cloud C4C.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless application connectivity.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CX Service Cloud C4C.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
